RETURN CASES

In case you wish to return a product, you have the option to do so within 40 calendar days from the day you received it, taking into account the following conditions.

RETURN METHODS:
1. Send the package with ACS Courier, stating that the charge will be made to the company SEMIOLOGY INC. Shipping address: Kω 10, Metamorfosi (ATHENS), P.C. 14452

2. Visit one of the following SEMIOLOGY stores and make a free return:

* Returns are accepted only if the product is unused and in its original condition and its packaging has not been tampered with.
* Returns of products that have had the tag removed or that have been used beyond the testing process are not accepted.


When returning a product you have two options:

1. Product Replacement
In case of replacement of a non-defective product due to unsuitable size or color , the first exchange cycle is completely FREE . This means that we will receive your FIRST return at our own expense and send your new item back free of charge - i.e. without shipping costs.

ATTENTION: This specific procedure only applies if you are our member!

In any other case of exchange or return of a non-defective product, you will be charged the following fees:

  • Return costs: 3€
  • Resending costs: €2.25

In order to avoid the above charges, it is possible to return products from your online purchases (including your click & collect purchases), at the corresponding cash registers of semiology stores.

In case you wish to replace a product, the following applies to online purchases:

Cash on delivery cost of the new parcel: €2.25
Shipping costs for the new package:

  • €2.50 if the difference between the values ​​of the returned and new beauty products is less than €50 / free if the difference is equal to or greater than €50.
  • €2.50 to €14.70 depending on the volume of the order if the difference between the values ​​of the returned and new fashion products is less than €200 / free if the difference is equal to €200 or greater.


2. Refund
In this case, you will be charged a return fee of €3, which you will not give to the courier at the time of delivery but will be automatically deducted from the amount of money you will receive back, from the value of the product or products you returned.

Your refund will be made as follows:

  • On your debit/credit card, if the order payment was made through it.
  • To the bank account you have filled in on the return form, if the order payment was made by bank deposit.

Your refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the products from our company.

For products on sale, changes can only be made to the size. No other changes or refunds are possible.

Products purchased together due to a promotion cannot be returned individually.
In the event of a return (exceptionally due to a defect or other acceptable reasons), the price of the returned merchandise belonging to an offer will be determined proportionally based on the total offer value.

In case of our error, we will fully refund the amount corresponding to the value of the order and shipping costs.
In this case you will not be charged any additional fees.

USEFUL INFORMATION

  • In the event that the return is not made within 40 calendar days from the date of receipt or some of the return conditions are not met, SEMIOLOGY INC has the right not to accept the products back and not to replace them or refund money.
  • In any case, it is necessary to present the receipt and the return form.
  • The products you wish to return can only be sent to us through our partner courier company (ACS Courier).

PRODUCT REPLACEMENT

  • In case of any defect, we replace the defective product with a new one.
  • If you wish to replace a product with another product code, please complete your selection on the return form. The new product will be priced at the prices and discounts in effect on the day the return is shipped.

RETURN PROCEDURE

Step 1. Complete the return/exchange form that you will find in the package you received or by clicking here .
Step 2. Pack the product in the packaging it was sent to you in, to avoid damage during transport. Place the return form and a photocopy of the purchase receipt in the same packaging.
Step 3. Send the package with ACS Courier, calling the store closest to you. The return will be made to the company SEMIOLOGY INC. Shipping address: Kω 10, Metamorfosi (ATHENS), P.C. 14452

or Visit one of the semiology stores and make a free return.

USEFUL NOTES

  • Returns via courier are sent exclusively to the address listed in Step 3.
  • In the event that the package arrives and it is proven that the return conditions detailed above do not apply, the product will not be accepted. It will be returned to the customer and the shipping costs will be borne by him.

For purchases shipped anywhere in the world (EXCEPT GREECE) the following applies:

  1. Shipping costs are borne by the recipient.
  2. Changes can be made as normal, as long as the new products you want are available.
  3. All return and reshipment costs are borne by the recipient.
  4. In the event of a refund, the total amount will be credited to the account you provide, provided that ALL shipping costs have been covered by you. Otherwise, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the deposit amount in your account.
  5. All refunds are made within 14 days from the day we receive your return.
  6. The company cannot be held responsible in the event of customs or other expenses, which the customer must pay.
