Returns Policy

Replacement of products due to non-suitability of size or color is carried out with transport costs covered by us, up to one time per order. In the event of a further change or return, the return and reshipment costs are borne by the customer.

Before returning the product, you should contact the returns department of semiology.gr. The address to which the products will be returned is:

Your money will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the returned products by our company. The refund is made to the same means of payment with which you completed the order. In the cases of cash on delivery and bank deposit, you must tell us the account to which you want the deposit to be made via email to info@semiology.gr. Retail receipt is required for returns. In case of issuing an invoice, the return must be made with a delivery note

In the event that the return is not required within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the order, semiology.gr has the right not to accept the products back and not to proceed with their replacement or refund.

Product Return Procedure

As long as the return department of semiology.gr has been contacted by phone, pack and send the package with the product with our partner courier company. The product must be returned in its original packaging with its tag intact.
